We are a group of people in the DC Metro area that love craft beer and trying new things! Beer Snobs need not apply! We are much to laid back to talk snobbery and say we hate this or that. We try all and accept all as they are. We meet 2–3 times a month, the first and third Thursday at local bars that have a good craft beer selection and one Saturday a month we tour a local (or not to distant) brewery or host a bottle share!

This group is for those beer lovers who want to go beyond just drinking beer, but creating beer. A meetup to share recipes, techniques, but most of all homebrewed beer. Whether you are a wheat beer lover or a Irish stout drinker, this group welcomes all those who want to dabble in homebrewing.

Let's have a regular outing for the tech community that meets bi-monthly. The goal being that people who are coders, designers, sys admins, etc would have a chance to come out, share stories about what's bugging you this week, or not.  The spirit of this event is to come out and have a good time, not to whip out your laptop and share your codez with everyone you meet (I'm sure it's awesome though). … And yes, beer, wine, and cocktails count as food.   The only things I ask are that you be excited about food, be in the 20s to early 30s age range, and actually want to make new friends and interact with people at events.

Calling all amateur chefs, kitchen commanders, lovers of real food, and haters of high fructose corn syrup -- this meetup is JUST for you. We get together a handful of times a month, collectively buy and prepare a grand feast. A poorly disguised effort to come together, make new friends and glug wine. No, no! It's really about the food!    ** this group is geared towards (but not limited to) a crowd in their 20s and 30s and who are in DC and its immediate burbs (sorry Rockville & Vienna).
